Dallas Group of America was established in 1989 when the co-founder of a highly successful specialty chemical company originally formed in 1959 took a core group of experienced chemists, engineers, and business executives and spun-off the ammonium chloride and synthetic magnesium silicate operations.

The Dallas Group is world's premier producer of adsorbent synthetic magnesium silicate marketed under the trademark MAGNESOL^®.  In addition, we are proud to be the only North American based manufacturer of ammonium chloride.  And, in 2003, we entered into the lignosulfonate business.  All of these products are used in a wide variety of industrial, food, pharmaceutical, and energy applications.

Our goal is to provide quality products and service at the right price.  We maintain a full-time sales staff worldwide in order to give our customers “hand-on” attention.  We, also, maintain a fully equipped laboratory with a staff of chemists dedicated to performing on-going research and development into new products and applications.
